The practice has installed a new phone system at Hollybrook and will complete the project at Sinfin by June 30th 2017, please let us how your comments and feedback....

Our commitments to you are to:



    • Greet you in a friendly and welcoming manner; deal with you courteously, in confidence and with consideration.

    • Commence surgery at the appointed time and aim to see you within 30 minutes of your appointment time.

    • Give you full explanations of the treatment and advice offered.

    • Allow you to see your medical records on request, subject to any legal requirements.



How you can help us to help you



    • Inform us of any changes in name, address, telephone number or other circumstances.

    • Arrive on time for you appointment and let the receptionist know that you have arrived.

    • Ring and let us know if you cannot keep an appointment so that we are able to offer it to someone else.

    • Treat members of the practice team with courtesy and respect, without violence or abuse. Failure to do so will result in removal from the practice list.
