We currently offer the facility for ordering your repeat prescriptions & viewing allergies & adverse reactions online. This is via TPP SystmOne using our website hollybrook.sinfinsurgeries.co.uk If you do not already have a username and password for this system you will need to register for them either using our website or by calling into the practice to register in person.
Hollybrook Surgery confirm that all systems are in place to allow patients to access booking appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions & view allergies and adverse reactions online.
We are offering on line access to coded records ONLY. Please read the Information Leaflet before applying.
