We’d like to advise that from Monday 19 July 2021, we will still be requesting our staff and patient to wear face masks / coverings whilst in our Practices, in line with current Government guidance.
Patients are required to continue to wear a face mask / covering in all healthcare settings, primarily to protect others, so doing so – unless exempt – is key to preventing spread of infection.
We will be maintaining our social distancing rules and protect our staff and patients at Hollybrook we will be able to accommodate a maximum of 15 patients in our waiting rooms at one time. If we have reached this capacity the door will be closed and you will be advised when it is safe to enter for your appointment.
To adhere to social distancing rules and protect our staff and patients at Sinfin please ensure you follow the signs displayed and practice social distancing at all times.
Please continue to text us on your arrival for your appointment, we will acknowledge your arrival by text and advise you on whether to make your way into the Practice or remain outside dependent on the capacity.
We will continue to only invite patients into the building for one of the following reasons between 08:00 and 18:30, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays):
- Pre-booked face to face appointment with a clinician
- Collecting a document / sample pot / prescription
- Dropping off a document / sample
- Dropping off a prescription (please use the prescription boxes outside)
Please do not enter the Practice otherwise.
