Telephone System

We are pleased to confirm our new telephone system will be implemented in the practice on 23rd June 2021 we are not expecting there to be a significant disruption during the switchover however, there may be up to half an hour of ‘downtime’ between 10am – 2pm. Please bear with us as we implement the new system as our staff will be get to grips with the new system. We have undertaken some initial training with staff, however a lot of the training will take place once the new system is live. We have multiple technicians and engineers booked in on the day of switchover to be able to deal with any issues that may arise and hopefully facilitate a smooth transition.

We look forward to being able to offer our patients an improved and more efficient service on the phones and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your valuable feedback and bearing with us as we make this change. We will be reviewing our new system at regular intervals and making any necessary changes and tweaks.
